**Unless otherwise discussed, only the person that booked an appointment is allowed to come. Unfortunately, additional guests are not permitted** CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and appointments occasionally need to be changed. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and may be difficult to fill on short notice, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. DEPOSITS All appointment deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your appointment date and time and will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service when the appointment is completed as booked. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, a new deposit is required to secure a new appointment. LATE CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. Any deposit already paid for that appointment will be credited toward the cancellation fee, and the remaining balance may be charged to the authorized payment method on file. Example: If your scheduled service is $155 and you have already paid a $25 deposit, the remaining cancellation fee would be $130. LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may need to have their appointment canceled or rescheduled if there is not enough time remaining to safely and properly complete the service without affecting the next scheduled client. If the appointment cannot be accommodated due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the client will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price, less any deposit already paid. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. NO-SHOWS Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing notice is considered a no-show. No-shows are responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price, less any deposit already paid. Any remaining balance may be charged to the authorized payment method on file. Clients with an outstanding cancellation or no-show balance may be required to satisfy that balance before booking another appointment. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy, including the applicable deposit, late-cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show terms. Where permitted by the payment authorization provided at booking and applicable payment-processing terms, you authorize the applicable service provider to charge the payment method on file for fees incurred under this policy.
